  1. how many pounds was this kettle bell? I use 20 lbs…I have done another type with swings and I did 50 swings and other burpees and squat jumps an high knee jumps and scorpio push ups. I did a 13 min set..it's kick ass..I supplement it with my swimming, running and biking! this woman is so strong and knows what she is doing and her form is great..sometimes she loses count, but I totally can understand that..I have all of her dvd's and I kind of mix it up now at this point..I started using the jump rope. DIdn't change my diet (vegan) and fat intake and I am seeing results! I am an ultra runner and this is making awesome results in more than half the time..wonderful finding this channel..Zuzka rox~!

  2. 3 rounds but not with as much weight as you. I packed a bag with botlles to achieve my sons of 11 months weight and in the end had to do the walking lunge and sumo lift wirh less weight.
    My legs can barely hold me now and my arms are shaking while I'm writing.
    Some stretch and a shower and I'm good for the rest of my day. Thank you

  3. 2.75 rounds. Wasn't able to do last sumo high lift. Used (2) 8 lbs dumb bells for R-Rows, overhead lunges and sumo high lift. Only set I have.
    Great work out I finished with P90X ab workout.

  4. This was a crazy workout, tough and challenging, I sweat like a pig… ;-))) but feels amazing afterwards. And now I can continue my day happy and healthy :-). You are so much fun, Zuzka! Have a great day to you, too.
