It was definitely a freaking tough one I can't keep up with you but I do my best and it's not a fun workout but I'm sure the calories hopefully came off.

25.25……I used 8lbs for all exercises apart from skullcrushers then used 18 lbs (as I'm used to doing them) and for the last round I used 17lbs for all exercises….I really loved that and I shaved 6 minutes of my previous time from 2012, yay!

I love your workouts Zuzanna! I never pushed myself physically before but you encouraged us to do so and it helps us realize how much potential we have not just in terms of fitness but as a person. I also admire your simplicity as a woman. You are beautiful inside and out! 🙂
I did it in 25:78! But only because my weight is lighter than yours. I don't have 15 pounders so I used my 10 pounders. Great workout as always, Zuzana! Thank you. You're awesome!!!
