  1. I've been doing all your 10 minute workouts that are on youtube while my son is in little league for the last 8 weeks because it's all I have time for at the end of the day or sometimes in the beginning of the day! But they always kick my a$$!

  2. Zuzka I did the rounds you did minus the last 6 pike jumps. I did also have to pause the video twice to catch my breath. I haven't been feeling to workout for the past few months, but as soon as I felt to start back I had to come to your workouts. You are just the best! 💪🙌🏼🤗

  3. Thank you Zuzka! Boy, that was a good one! That last set of sumo push ups I felt something "snap" on my left ab. It doesn't hurt, but immediately after went to my knees and made sure I was good then finished the set on my knees. I was able to do as many sets as you did. Sumo push ups were more like sumo plank with tiny arm pumps and I was able to go to one hand/side raise…. I had to do a scissors kick up instead of the pike jump due to space and I was able to keep up with side lunges. Thank you! See you tomorrow 🙂

  4. That was rough. I died at 3 sets + 1 pike jump set (around 4 mins). When I stopped being dizzy, I made myself continue and made it through the whole video but needed to rest+pause after each pike jump set. Soooo 6 sets in 20 minutes – half of what Zuzka can do 😛

  5. wow I think I'm such a begginer cuz I tried to do this, and had to stop to breath after every round… I stopped the chronometer every time I gave me a break, and I did 4 rounds in "10 minutes" (without counting the breathing moments lol). I'm dead with just 4!

  6. Zuzka I love your workouts and judging by your amazing physique, can see that the routines you do really work. My only complaint is that whilst you are teaching it would be beneficial to those following you, if you could remind us to for example keep our core tight, back straight etc when doing certain moves so as not to lose form or cause injury. It is possible that many of your followers are beginners to working out and need that extra bit of support. That little reminder from instructors really does work. 🙂

  7. I did 5 rounds in 10 minutes and it kicked my a$$. I love the way you put together simple but effective combinations. As the rounds accumulate I find I'm needing to rest/pause on the Pike Jump/Jump Ups so that's where I need to improve. As always, thank you for providing these workouts.
