    I've subscribed to your website before and it was superb but I have to cancel it as I need to save as much as I can. I am so greatful that you upload this series to YouTube and I can continue to follow your workout!

    Gonna try to follow the entire series as much as I can. And hopefully my financial situation can get better soon and I will gladly subscribe to you again.

    The single leg squat is extremely difficult for me in this workout but other than that I have completed 3 rounds and I feel amazing:)

  3. Thank you Zuzka! I was able to complete 2 rounds of this workout. Migraine headache and allergies making life frustrating at the moment. Thank you again. I feel good from this workout. In my opinion, for me, it is definitely worth working up a sweat and burn with a headache or migraine in a mild state. I know I couldn't have done this workout yesterday when I was about to vomit and black out. but this morning, it was mild enough to where I could, and I stopped because I knew my body shouldn't do anymore. Have a great day! 😀

  4. Just starting to redefine how I take care of my body. Between eating better and your videos, I'm hoping I'll be in much better shape in no time. This definitely kicked my butt the first time, but I'll push myself. Thank you so much for your videos!
