Love the workouts but hate when they're not real time. Like ten burpees and after five, jump to the next exercise. Ugh!

The single leg squat is extremely difficult for me in this workout but other than that I have completed 3 rounds and I feel amazing:)

Thank you Zuzka! I was able to complete 2 rounds of this workout. Migraine headache and allergies making life frustrating at the moment. Thank you again. I feel good from this workout. In my opinion, for me, it is definitely worth working up a sweat and burn with a headache or migraine in a mild state. I know I couldn't have done this workout yesterday when I was about to vomit and black out. but this morning, it was mild enough to where I could, and I stopped because I knew my body shouldn't do anymore. Have a great day! 😀
