  3. I have a question. I have noticed that when I eat fat ( like nuts) without carbonhydrate I dont gain weight and when I eat carbonhydrate without eating fat I dont gain weight either. Its when I mix fat and carbonhydrate together that I gain weight. So can you just tell me why it is like this ? I know for a fact that carbonhydrate are the best but if you just eating fat you dont gain weight either…

    2 years now I butter coffee (2 lb butter a week) 7 bananas a day, omad big salad, fruit and super food smoothies, lots of Peanut butter.. Best shape of my life. Mixed plant based with healthy keto.

You would get much more respect from others if you just concentrate on your field of interest and lead by example! Followers of Zuzka are following her mainly for her unbeatable workouts. Paleo or Ketonic diet are not suitable for everyone. And by the way some of the things you are saying are quite the opposite: healthy fats are source of energy and sugar in any form is stored in bodyfat storage unless it is burned immediately. And Zuzka has leaner body than you. You seem to me slim fat… I can't see any muscle definition on those images of yourself… Concentate on yourself and how to make your self better person and stop undermine others over yourself-it doesn't make you better person but quite the opposite!

  11. Sorry, but diff diets have diff results on different people. I'm doing a keto diet and have never felt better. I also have chronic fatigue, narcolepsy and it has improved significantly. I don't "orgasm" when I think of sweets because I don't have a sweet tooth to begin with. I can however, make a keto cheesecake because I love fats and its not even that sweet, just has fresh strawberry sauce. You can't really assume one diet will work like we're all robots and have the same needs from around the world, diff cultures, climates, etc. Gonna keep listening to Zuzka, a professional. Also, I've read countless reports of people who gain weightt with promise of losing it on YOUR program, and I've lost 10 lbs consistently and healthily with Zuzka. Proof's in the pudding….the avocado cocoa fatty putting.

I’ve been on a healthy lifestyle change for the past 6 months and have followed a low fat / no fat high carb vegan diet since the start of my journey and am now down 70 pounds and feeling amazing. I have so much more energy and can truly keep up with work, the house and my little man. Thank you for helping to show the world what good nutrition looks like

  16. when I wake up I drink a bottle of water and I'm so awake then I will have oatmeal for breakfast with oranges on side, sweet potatoes for lunch, and rice for dinner. I never feel hungry or tired. I don't really snack since I'm not used to it but when I do I eat dates or oranges. I love oranges 🍊😂 I drink coffee too sometimes , when I'm cold.

  17. There's a thing called caffeine addiction, and it gots nothing to do with the amount of carbs you eat. i tend to believe more to that reason since most of us are addicted to coffe. BTW when you get into ketosis and your body starts to use the fat as a source of energy more often, you don't need that much carbs anymore. There are so many bodybuilders that eat less than 50 gram of carbs a day.
