  1. great advice but animals aint food if you wana lose a lota weight faster you shud all eat only veggies coz its cruel to kil adn eat dead animals and steal their lives way from em. its unnatural as animals aint food for humans. humans ar herbivore and dont no it. its horribl to steal their lives away from em. dead animals make put on weight. if one wana loze weight faster and more they must eat vegan diet. go vegan!

  3. Zuzka, thanks for this great post. I have a question. How much exercise this calory intake calculation takes into account. Both for losing weight and maintaining weight? Is ZCUT 3 to 4 times per week enough for this? Thanks

  4. WOAH that calculation is SO CORRECT, i´ve never heard this before but it comes out in the same calories as complicated calculators show ! =)
i should eat 1900 if i want to lose weight but 2200 if i want to maintain.

  5. My novis guess would be to raise your protein calories. And one sneaky tip is to use coconut oil/medium chain triglycerides in cooking it works like carbs and burns more fat. one to three teasp. per day

  6. You have a such a gorgeous natural glow! What I would looooove to see, is a journal of how you eat over a couple of days. Although I eat clean, I am more like 22% body fat and my goal is to go down to 19%. Trainers have told me I eat too little, but I am afraid of amping up the calories and gaining fat. So, looking at your journal perhaps I can see if I am eating too little or too much! Thanks for your inspirational videos and blogs!

  7. hi Z, that is in fact the correct formula-I got it off a famous trainer's website-but I have a question, my weight fluctuates 1-2 lbs depending on my carb intake (usually it's less in the morning but not necessarily, if I've carbed up of course I'm retaining water ) so do I take the average or the minimum when multiplying by 12?

  8. If you were trying to lose 2 pounds a week and your calorie count should be 1800 would you add in calories for your exercise calories burned to get to that number at the end of the day? For example..I burned 600 calories teaching today so can I eat 2400 and still lose? This always confuses me because I definitely eat more than I burn but I like to be healthy and not hungry. ;0

  9. Thanks so much. Could you please put together a video of a full day of eating? Including pre workout and post workout snacks plus all meals and snacks? Also, do you do any additional days of weight training, or do you only do your workouts as in your videos? Just ordered your videos. Can't wait to get started.
