  1. I think it's those foam/rubber interlocking squares that they sell for kids. You can probably find them at like home-depot or a fitness store for a more grown up version. I do believe it's for shock absorption

  2. You can do whatever you want. Her workouts are dynamic, so you can mix and match what you like to do. My favorites are ZWOW 14 through 16, so I'll do those every other day. Sometimes I take a leg exercise from one ZWOW and an upper body from another ZWOW and do some Burpees in between…

    Be creative.

    After all that, I go on my regular 4 mile run.

  3. You don't have to…she was just implying that you should revisit the workouts once in a while in order to see if there's any progress. Do whichever ZWOW you like, whenever you like. There's no magic formula.

  4. You do the new ZWOW once a week when it appears. Other days do an old ZWOW: take your pick randomly or go through them in order 1-40 if you wish. Try to do a ZWOW at least five times a week! I work out from Monday to Friday using both ZWOWs and BodyRock workouts, Sat and Sun are rest days. Hope this helps 🙂

  5. It's personal preference really… I run three days a week, do a ZWOW and lift weights two days a week, and play basketball once a week. If you feel comfortable doing a ZWOW every day (I have old sports injuries so HIIT 6 days a week would be too much) you can look through her old workouts and mix it up.

  7. I like that you are advising people to land softly. I think it is very important to try and minimise repeated shock impacts to knees, especially for people who like to run.

  8. Not live but when the video is up it means she is doing the whole workout so we can do it with her at the same time in front of the computer. Sometimes we need to «pause» the video to catch our breath and keep up with her. Enjoy!

  10. I love all your workouts, but what really scares me – those big muscles on your legs… Women's beauty doesn't include such an iron legs (only for my opinion of course) 🙂 So I just use less weight for legs exercises, that's it.
