I find it really hard to motivate myself sometimes, but once I'm like half way through the workout thats when my motivation really kicks in, so I think i got to 25 in 7 minutes then pushed myself after. overall I did this in 12 minutes 29 seconds. I'm gonna try and get it to under 10 minutes next time. 😀

  2. I did this in sets of 10 without timing. 10 now, 10 later and so on. I have had heart surgery and have to really listen to my body and work slowly and carefully towards strength. I am though, now, in front of everyone setting a goal to get strong enough to do 100 non stop! Because Zuzana taught us to NEVER give up! 🙂

  3. zuzana or z warrios do you have any tips for a begginer? i started your workouts today and i am really exhausted, should i keep working out everyday? or just a few days and then rest? thanks for replying! PD: ZUZANA MARRY ME1!!!! 🙂

  4. yikes.. 7 minutes 6 sec and 81 milliseconds… definitely not up to par but still happy i finished it:) great to do simultaneous with another 10 minute workout that includes abs… checking ur other workouts now:))

    I'm glad you're back into fitness!! I missed you on BodyRock.Tv. I did this workout in 7m 14s and HOLY HECK, I'm out of shape! My legs were killing me for a moment there! It was an awesome workout though!

  7. I think it is about the body type you have. 🙂 LM has a different build than Zuzana. I'm built like Zuzana, and I've been training with her since 2009. 😉 Its definitely going to tone you up for sure. 🙂

  8. 5:45 love it, but I think I tend to stay on my toes too much and hurts my feet, so I hat to stop a bit 🙁 any suggestions to fix this? Do you stay on your heals when you do low jacks?

  9. Did 50 in just under 9 min. I broke it up into groups of 10, with a sip of water in between. Then I did ZWOW 24. 4 rounds in 10 min but I did pike pushup instead of divebomber because bicep tricep shoulder pt hurts

  10. Goodness gracious! That was quite the little arse kicker, clearly Zuzka's workouts are making me stronger because I completed it in 5:58! I admit I'm quite happy with that time, it was even after doing another intense 12 minute workout. Thanks Zuzana!

  11. Thank you for giving us something to do!!! We know that things happen sometimes, but we still appreciate you talking to us and giving us things to do when there's no ZWOW. 🙂 I finished this in 14:57!!!

  12. Very fun and challenging exercise. Completed it w/out stopping and really focused on proper form and very LOW jax (practically squats)…. Finished at 7:47. That was my workout for the day and my legs are glad it's over.
