  1. good stuff was 6 kettle bell jumps away from finishing 3 rounds which it really not a lot but i took it suuuuuper easy with my injuries (I prolly shouldnt be doing this workout to begin w )

  2. I am so happy I found you! Like another person said, you were my original inspiration. I honestly stopped working out when you left body rock. I was looking through you tube one day and someone said…you had your own you tube channel! I was so excited, I found you and now I am back working out trying to make up for the lost time! Thank you for all that you do! you have changed many lives to be healthier and stronger! I LOVED your ideas on recipes and eating clean!

  3. 5 rounds! in more time of coarse but i went on until i was tired.. now i am completely wiped out… my legs burn and lets just say I am glad that i am taking a rest day tomorrow 🙂

You are incorrect, 10 minutes a day of high intensity exercise is scientifically proven to give better results in fat burning, decreased resting heart rate, increased resting metabolism etc than long cardio workouts. Lots of peer reviewed data on this. Her jumps might be a little heavier looking but if you want to do this long term you can't jump/land hard, it has to be soft which is what she's doing. Her technique is safe and will prevent injury, that way she's able to do this when she's 35.

Would you matter talking again and more about that? 🙂 It really helps me and puts me in a great mood, also gives me hope and makes me feel stronger. When I listen to the words of someone else about being positive, I see that I am not the only one who is trying and that everyone on this planet 🙂 is going through similar thoughts.   7. I had to alter this just a little but I got it done! I did invisible rope with High knees and I did DEEP squat jumps instead of the Kettleball Jumps. I was able to complete 2 full rounds and then 75 more high knees. I was dripping sweat! GREAT bonus workout for today! Thank you!
