Many years ago i was a little league coach. We drilled on hitting, how to play the infield
out field and run the bases. Not once did I ever imagine kida would to have to practice duck and cover drills in order to avoid this.
There was a college player near where I live that got struck by a stray bullet while at a game. Sad this is happening more often.
I was an umpire in the next town over doing the same tournament that weekend. Did 6 games. Really scary hearing this happened at the same tournament I was umpiring
