Sadly, in rabidly liberal NY City (certainly not a fair venue for a jury of one's peers–if a President could ever have one) having a serial liar such as Cohen testify doesn't matter. We know no serious prosecutor would have a convicted perjurer testify, or worse, wrap a case around. I'd be shocked is Pres. Trump isn't convicted because it's a sham trail NOT because it's a legit case. We should not be assuming Mr. Trump could EVER get a fair trial in a Democrat stronghold. 7

The jury never heard it, so it means nothing. So it is useless to the case.
The fact that the judge allows the likes of known liars like Daniels and Cohen to take the stand but all but silences witnesses for the defense tells me this trial is complete and utter bullshit and a travesty of anything even remotely a fair trial.
