  5. A lot emotions came up round 14-17-18 mins crying sobbing. I'm on a healing journey stopped drinking alcohol Jan 2024 hitting a rock bottom no longer on pharmaceutical drugs I'm actually feeling my emotions for the first time in years. A lot of childhood trauma came up plus the lost of my dogs last year and a recent break up. It all hurts but I don't need to numb myself anymore I am healing and it's going to be okay.
