Kung Fu of the 8 Drunkards is one of my favorite movies, the DRUNKEN Technique is my favorite Style along with The Monkey Technique.
Meng Fei is a good Martial Arts actor I enjoy watching his movies. The Martial Arts Crave was exceptional during the 80s and 90s. Bruce Lee is and will actually always be #1 then Jackie Chan and Jet Li.
The movie that turned me into a kung Fu fanatic. I saw 5 fingers to death prior to this movie but didn't have the same effect.

Love Mei Fei movies first time I seen him was in a Shaw Bros movie called Five Masters of Shaolin with the late great Alexander Fu Sheng RIP. Also RIP to Chen Sing the leader of the bad guys. The bad guy daughter was gorgeous beautiful with a good heart. She knew the snake style.
My favorite of all time
Cheng Sing's kung fu is below acceptable, paired with Meng Fei who is slightly better but also not a real kung fu expert makes quite a poor final fight.
I should make a list of all the real kung fu actors and all the fake ones who are staring because of their faces or charisma but are faking kung fu. Meng Fei is one of them but not the worst. He can move just enough, worst one is Loh Lieh , David Chiang is like Meng Fei and here Cheng Sing they can act good but their kung fu is fake.
