The exact speeds of the last half hour are at least legible.
There are other tricks to read out, I shouldn't necessarily disclose them here.

These cops did them a tremendous favor and hopefully they learn from this. Had they gotten away with it with a simple citation, they would continue to do it and then we’d get a video with families wearing memorial shirts talking about how they were law abiding people, as they’re burying them. So irresponsible and if people want to act a fool and endanger themselves, that’s on them but not the whole community and CERTAINLY NOT INNOCENT CHILDREN.

Black families met this figure in the late 70's…and today, in ALL of the entire United State population the figure is almost 40%!!! Is it any wonder crime is so high now?

I love how they never once took responsibility for their actions and they just blamed everyone else for the mess that they're in. It's the cops fault that they're getting arrested. The mom is aggravating the daughter because the mom is mad that she's in this situation.
