  1. Except strength sports athletes don't do it to look good either. I'm a strongman and I've never benched, there's no point it's not part off the sport. My power clean is bigger than my bench.

  2. You can still have a lot of muscle and still move fast and explosive. The point is to also work on building explosive strength and conditioning as well. People like Brock Lesnar showed this. And yes I know somebody is going to say he was on roids. Roids only enhance what your body is already capable of doing.

  3. Мпло кто знает,что парни с дагестана и прочих кавказких регионов,пользуются услугой по ломанию ушей за деньги,для того чтоб выглядеть устрашающе

  4. You workout to get better at working out. They workout to get better at a skill.

Working out just to work out is honestly kindof stupid bc you could just train your sport/skill MORE. That being said i love working out and have no martial arts gym anywhere near my town so. And that costs usually a lot of money. As well as having a 4×4 and kayaks or whatever and storing them and all that or friends to play basketball with or whatever.

Do whats in your control. Have good fun. Be cheap on sht you dont care about so you can totally splurge on sht you love or need.

  5. You know everybody's different.
If everyone did the same thing then no one would stand out.
You don't progress unless you do different stuff.
    You plateau.
    Don't listen to this guy.
    This guy sux.
    Boo!
    Boo this guy.

  6. So when they need to cut weight, they shouldn't lift heavy? But focus more on speed and power? No, cutting weight doesn't depends on the exercise, its on the diet, its a 80 – 30 or so ratio of diet and working out to cut weights
