  3. I think listening to people that are in their 50s talk about longevity and experimenting with our health is not the smartest route to travel down. If you want to find out what to eat and what sleep patterns and how much water to drink ask somebody like my great grandfather who lived to be 106 or my grandfather that’s in his 80’s . They might have some perspective on the subject.

  4. True. After one year of intermittent fasting I lost so much muscle, even though I was active. I will not do this again. Yes, I lowered my cholesterol and such…but there are many downsides. Maybe it will work better for others but for me was not a good deal.

  5. That’s coz he probably wasn’t fat like many of us. Fasting is good for obese people to tap into the fat storage. It depends on who your audience is and where that person is in their journey.

  8. Diabetes is not a disease, its a metabolic response to diet and some cultures are at higher risk due to the cultures food/style.

    Mainly the metabolic response is due to the food being nutrient deficient, GMOs and synthetic bioengineered foods/ingredients, where the body cannot withstand dealing with such industrialized food.

    Diabetes did not exist in the medical journal before 1950s but after that time we forced the food pyramid and industrialized food creation, then people started getting sick and we called it a pandemic

  9. Intermittent fasting eating 3 hours per day over decades has not caused me to lose significant muscle mass; sure, a 7 day fast is ecessive and would lead to loss of muscle mass.

  10. I Never knew over training was a thing aka Rhabdomyolysis aka Rhabdo 🤡🤮☠️

     …especially a deadly thing!! Doctors in hospital said I was lucky to be alive☘️ My shoulder coming out of socket due to a seizure i had from the Rhabdo saved my life! Otherwise I would have stayed home and died☠️ 

    I guess training 7 days a week with 4-5 days twoadays while Fasting 7 days a week for 16-24hrs and drinking 1-2 pots of coffee and a heavy dose of Kratom for pain has taken its toll on my old ass of 56 years young in da House! I felt like superman but now I'm seriously rethinking my next comeback #whosindahouse #Fitover50

    Crazy how life can turn on a dime. But in every negative there's a positive, it just sometimes takes time to figure out!

    Time for another comeback💪This one is gonna be another tough struggle! I basically can't do anything. If my arm moves the slightest in anyway the broken pieces move and the pain is significant😱 Wearing a shoulder brace for 6-8 weeks which will set me back back!! 

    Any help is much appreciated 🙏

  13. Glad it only took the smart DR years to realize gmo and herbicides are bad. LOL. Dont wait for the experts go learn from the health nuts and conspiracy theorists first. The DR will eventually realize gene splicing is death. And for a DR to be on pharma drugs that long, bad. dont listen to drs for health

  14. I've tried all elimination diets keto/carnivore cutting out all grains and sugar and although beneficial its never sustainable I just lack the willpower to say ill never drink beer again, eat chocolate or pizza and all that other good stuff!
    Fasting has allowed to me still eat the foods I enjoy and still experience positive health benefits, I'm losing fat and getting leaner almost effortlessly and I don't consider myself to have a fast metabolism in fact my metabolism is like a tortoise on methadone so if i can lose fat anybody can! Fasting is so powerful however I only have one regret, I didn't start it sooner!

  15. Weird seeing doctors not going along with the narrative! Remember they said it was “safe and effective”! He will lose his medical license and lose his career if this gets to out of line
