call of duty 4 on console was 30FPS the only place you could have hit 60 was PC but back then PC gaming was not as easy as it is today

Finest Hour was the first I played on the OG Xbox. Then I switched to PC and played MW (2007) and MW2 (2009). I lost interest after MW2 due to the lack of private servers. I don't want to play against random people every match. I like having a community of players.

Raven software is too hung up on cod to make new hexen series. In another timeline, there would be a hexen 5 by now, theyre just buch of company nowadays that leech money from same game, and fears any and all change, and dont want to take any chances

CoD2 was my first one too. I loved that game. The Campaign was amazing. Beat it on veteran difficulty. Back when that used to mean something. The online was just a sniper fest from what I remember though.
I always yearn for WWII installments of CoD (so I guess I care lol. I like those guns). Took a long Break between Black ops 1 and WWII. I actually really like WWII, Vanguard… not so much. Probably ruined the chances of seeing a WWII game for a long while. Maybe a World at War remake would be nice.

I'm praying for another extended dry season of horrible call of duties so that it forces them to actually make a cod that is fun, barely has anything negative about it, and doesn't make you want to get off after 2 matches. Also not focusing all their attention to microtransaction packs
