On October 6th, 2023, police were dispatched to the scene of a rollover collision involving two vehicles, one of which was overturned. Multiple witnesses reported the accident and noted that the drivers of the two cars were engaged in a verbal altercation. This is footage of the events that followed.

That drunk " thing ", should be put in jail for at least 3 years, and never allowed to drive again. If found driving again, it she be in jail for 10 years. The laws are not strict enough.

That was really not fair. Nobody can stand on one foot for that long. She's absolutely guilty, but never do those tests. You can not pass them sober.
I just appreciate that she was chill. Yeah, she did wrong and should suffer some sort of consequence, but she at least seemed cooperative to what was happening. I feel bad cuz she doesn’t seem like a bad person, just someone who chose a very bad choice.

Watching this with a good number of drinks on board and all of her justifications make sense to me. At the same time I was well aware I was well aware I wasnt going to be driving anywhere.
Im not disputing she is wasted but after seeing her car….how do we know that's not a serious head injury? I mean ..even a drunk knows that isn't drivable. It's like she was between two worlds. She even said "I don't have Insurance". Then she said "I gave them my insurance the last time I wrecked into them ". Something isn't right here. I'm shocked they didn't get her checked immediately. A drunk would have been crying bloody murder for an ambulance over nothing. She also said she was in a bad car accident 2 years ago and has short term memory loss. Unless they breathalyze her im not….oh fuck it ..they just gave her one. I still think she's got to have a head injury. That car was crazy

Worst thing to hear is the driver of the accident like this say "I don't have insurance." When the driver says she can drive home, her totaled car which is upside down, bc she's driven worse. I would have been that officer to say ok you get that started and we will be in touch.. I would loved to see how she would go about that since she's driven WORSE!
Quick self-test: If you can't spell your name you shouldn't be in the car.
Something very similar happened a few years ago to a young woman in one of my college classes. After too many glasses of Chardonnay at the campus "garden" one evening, she pulled carelessly onto the highway in front of the school and caused an accident. The driver of the other vehicle was injured seriously; both vehicles were totaled. The girl's explanation of "I'm hardly buzzed" failed to persuade responding law enforcement.
No insurance but has expensive nails. Great prioritizing.
