  1. …there are ways to get cheap, new underwear besides going to Walmart. There's tons of dollar stores and thrift stores. She definitely can figure a way to get a couple of dollars rather than stealing. In fact, if she had put this much effort into getting a job and getting clean, she wouldnt have to steal.

  2. So honest question, and I back the blue for sure… but could he have gotten in the car and left? or is there a law that stipulates they can actually freeze the car?
