Honestly, the last year has shown me that random people WILL risk felony charges just to delude themselves further with their 'freedom fighter acab superhero' fantasy. They should be allowed to shoot him in the driver seat as soon as he starts moving.
"You have the right to remain silent"; ignores his rights and gives multiple excuses and lies that will bite them all back in court… When will people learn to just be quiet?
The driver of the 2nd car is super lucky the cops apparently bought his story about the contact being accidental and didn't try to get him for what was essentially an assault on a police officer with a deadly weapon.
