These illegals subverted due process when they came/stayed illegally. They have also violated the rights of every American citizen by doing so. A law enforcement officer does not need a warrant to arrest a person on public property who he knows has committed a crime.
Ice agents would need a warrant signed by a judge to enter someone's home to arrest him. An arrest warrant is not enough to enter a home, it would have to be a search warrant. Immigration offences are only civil if it is someone that overstayed a visa or somehow entered the US legally and then were requested to leave but refused. Entering illegally is a criminal offence. Even though I think you got a lot wrong in this, the thing you got right was arrest him and arrest anyone that interfered. I don't think ICE agents have the authority to arrest the people that blocked them but that should be something that DOJ or congress looks into adding to their powers.
Coddling these morons are exactly why this is just out of control. They need to start zero tolerance, starting w the dems that assaulted ice agents. But that will never happen, upholding the law only counts for specific ppl in this corrupt dump

Not only all of that, but even if it was a criminal warrant, officers don't have to show a warrant to random bystanders. Those idiots have no idea what kind of trouble they almost got themselves into. Just screaming, "show me your warrant," doesn't mean they have to show you. Only those involved are required to see a warrant…. and in this case, no warrant needed.
