I like psmf but why not have say 2 eating events a day it’s not that hard to get the required protein in those 2 eating windows, I would not thing we want chronic glucose events throughout the day obviously it’s not a carb spike but why raise our glucose with high protein 4 times a day versus 1 or 2 the muscles will still get the protein and your limiting glucose spikes

    2. Protein is made of amino acids which are broken down and reassembled in the liver. All foods are composed of amino acids. See Dr Zach Bush research

Happy I have found you, as there are so many so called experts on keto/carnivore diet but almost all recipes contain dairy, and I get that because when there would be a healthy dairy diet I would be on it, but I can't as my weight will creep up and my inflammation will be through the roof and even if I use a little, it is my trigger food so I can't moderate it.
