  1. Doctor, for a perimenopausal or menopausal or postmenomausal women training in a fasted state will increase cortisol levels and therefore gain belly fat and lean tissue! Please keep updated. For men indeed it is different and training in a fasted state can be helpful.

  2. I usually workout at 3pm and have lunch at 12. My habit has been to eat a mandarin orange or half an apple before my workout and a boiled egg after my work out. Is this a good strategy? I can’t have whey – lactose intolerant- and the plant based ones are yuck. lol

  3. Boy I wish I had seen this video yesterday…..I ate dinner of a small amount of pasta leftovers at 5 pm. Went to a low impact class @ 6:30 and boy did I struggle. Thank you for the video🥰

  4. I’m going through menopause and I’ve tried doing many different things to loose fat in my midesection, but it seems like I gain more instead of losing it. How can I loose fat in my midsection?

  5. I eat 3 boiled eggs at night & do work out in fasting state.take lunch at 2.30pm
I do sqat and pushup Tuesday and Friday
Plank core work out wen/ Saturday
Yoga / LISs mon / thur

  6. I have to eat a full meal 30-45 minutes before I strength train, otherwise I lose steam and can't make it through my one hour workout. Protein shakes no longer work for me as the weight I lift has increased. Everyone is different. My breakfast before strength training is 2-3 turkey patties (homemade), 3 scrambled eggs, 1/2 avocado, 1/2 cup buckwheat groats, fresh orange juice with collagen protein.

  7. I only eat when I'm hungry 🤣🤣… I really don't eat breakfast because I'm never hungry in the morning. I preferred to workout in an empty stomach. I get hungry around 1ish or 2
