  3. Recent research has found bananas are a great food, but they're not good to add to a shake. There's something in them that blocks you from absorbing nutrients from other fruits, vegetables and foods. Their best eaten stand alone between these meals or shakes. You can look up studies by Dr. Rhonda Patrick and other well-known nutrition experts.

  4. You had me until you pinned the cause of brain cancer on someone's bad diet. Lot of idiots out there eating junk and not getting cancer. That father was looking for any reason to blame the cruelty of the universe/random genetics for his child's death and (what a tool) he decides, in his pain, TO BLAME HIS KID'S DIET… and you receive this story as a child and pass it on as an adult as if it makes some cogent point. The point it makes it you have never reexamined that story as an adult, and if you have and you're still passing it on as sage advice, you're an absolute idiot.

  5. I take the TL Lean pre workout, Intra and Hydrate during my workout, and TL's Whey Isolate Protein post workout…love 'em all. I've been taking a different company's Creatine Monohydrate, but will be switching to TL's Creatine HMB for my next purchase.

  6. I looked you up after seeing you in the commercial here for my favorite supplement company…TL! I'm 66 years old, workout 5 days per week (Mon-Chest; Tues-Arms; Wed-Legs; Thurs-Shoulders; Fri-Back…I fit in abs 2 times per week and hit my calves M-W-F), and I follow each workout with 20-30 minutes on the Treadmill, slow and steady with a slight incline (2.0 Degree Incline, 3.1 mph). I am presently working around issues in my left shoulder (minor tears in my rotator cuff) and some pain in my right shoulder. The only time I feel any real pain is sgl. arm curls with the left arm…standing db curls, incline bench sgl. arm db curls, preacher db curls…just the left arm. EZ bar curls, cable curls, preacher curls (both arms at the same time)…no pain if it's "close grip" but a wide grip is "uncomfortable." Thanks for your "down to earth" plain speaking, appreciate it.

  9. Genetics are playing a huge role with this guy, common sense and dedication carry him the rest of the way.

    Count calories, figure out how to eat properly and train, the rest is all up to God. But you ain’t gonna look like this guy without an insane diet and training program, or, being born with his genetics.

  10. Nailed it! I’m 61 and at 6’3” 177. My weight has not fluctuated more than 5 pounds since high school. I eat and think exactly as you do. Weigh yourself everyday and your weight cannot get away from you if you react properly.

  11. I am 51, 5'8. I was 10-12% at 185. I skipped your channel many times and I am glad that I decided to watch the whole video. Mindset, I lost that 3 years ago and that is why I am at 40% body fat. I am down from 213 and 200.4 this morning. First time that I am weighting my food.
