  1. Hey Zuzka, is it 2 minutes of warm up is enough ? I usually done around 10 mins warm up, and 2 mins sound like a quick wait to injure myself.. been watching your videos and a lot of them are fab – a big hello from Scotland from emigrated polish girl, ahoj 😉

  2. Question…I LOVE your workouts, but I have a very bad ankle, so I can't do any kind of jumping routines…how do I accommodate when a lot of your workouts have jumping in them?  tchrshea@sbcglobal.net

  3. i like that this is shorter, so on days i'm pressed for time, i can do this instead of what i normally do. i've been doing the warmup routine from the KB dvd series; i've got it memorized.
