  1. Paul, new subscriber, I just joined! Dislocated shoulder going on eight months. Been doing your shoulder workouts! 3 shoulder carnage. Thanks. First overhead press with just an Olympic bar, no weights 2 reps. I stopped to avoid injury as this was difficult, (slow and steady wins the race), nurturing to get mobility & full functions. Challenging to get strength back. Using light weights, I'd like to increase weights but …Shruggs??? any suggestions. Keep the videos coming, very informative. 👊

  2. This sequence doesn't really make sense for traps as traps are a bigger muscle group and able to perform with a much higher load than your shoulders. If anything I would reverse this – pyramid the cleans and 1 press between.

  3. Just bloody show me the workout…. Proceeds to just show me the workout.
I do a similar workout, and add upright rows, face pulls and push ups. Four to five rounds gets me done. The barbell weight is right on the money for the amount of reps and sets.

  4. Thanks for the info, Paul! I do have question on building strength in the bench press. My goal is to be able to do 6-8 reps with 225. I'm currently able to get 1-2 reps on flat (with help on the second rep) and 1 rep on incline. I've been stuck here for about 6 months and can't seem to progress past that 1-2 rep range. Any tips?? Thanks!

  5. Greetings Paul! My name is Tiago, I'm from Vitória/ES – Brazil! All in peace!? I would like to know at what age did you start training and if at 37 you still have time to develop muscles! Thank you very much!

  6. 🔥🔥🔥 Thank you again! Please make a video of how you split your workout in a week! And do you do any cardio like rowing or running etc? Do you think rowing machine workouts kill gains?Thank you for all the info and inspiration!

  7. Man your content is amazing and by the way thanks for this video. I was one of many that asked about traps and you delivered. I can't say this enough but you are an inspiration to all of us. Love your dedication and consistency. Have an awesome holiday.
