  2. Outstanding excersise sets. I use a total gym for a lot of your work outs. I ha always worked out since 7 grade my idol was a friend of my dad his name was Benjamin Rodriguez from El Paso Texas he passed away in 2006 he had won several competitions in his age group in Acapulco you can google him he was my Arnold. I am now 65 the only thing i am not able to do is deep squats nor run i do miss it a lot but i do a lot of light reps with dumb bells. Good lick and thanks. I dis buy the protein grass fed.

I bet you get exhausted just walking on the beach, considering you are flexing the entire time. I honestly feel sorry for guys like you, bc you honestly believe everyone cares. Good luck in therapy.

  6. I have a herniated disk. After 15 years of doing situps, unfortunately i can no.longer do them. (Or dead lifts for that matter) And oh my gosh. This is what ive been looking for. I have yet to see anyone post anything like it without yammering on about the conventional sit ups! Dude outstanding Paul! Will be trying these exercises out!

  9. I can not believe I just found this vid. I've just started with some band work and have been experimenting with structure engagement; abs, hips, legs, back etc. I found similar movements. I think your demo here is spot on and I will begin your method. Love handles be gone!! Pool Abs here we come.
