  1. I was into drugs for quite some time and started seeing problems like irregular heartbeat and bone problems and at some point I realized I won't live longer.Life becomes more precious when you have loved ones around you especially my 4 year old daughter who's my world.I turned towards science to look for a cure myself like videos of Great Dr Campbell.i started talking 10 000iu of vitamin d with 200mcg of k2 with 500mg mag glycinate and 500mg vit c daily and just after 2 months I was back on track and feel as fit as 18 year old but I am 45.Now I only smoke because that's my first love but take these supplements like religious retuals so yes guys these things do make a lot of difference and never underestimate the power of science it always works.i hope my info will help someone

  2. Dr Campbell, Thank you very much for a fantastic podcast. I'm an Irish woman in North London + have had MS 16+ yrs now, can no longer walk, stand, am bed bound + burn so badly, it's like being in hell every day. Would u suggest what I might need to do to get my vitamin D level above 18. The neurologist said take 3000 iu every day which I do. I'd really value your opinion. Thank you. You're God's gift to humanity ! ❤x

  3. Just make sure people are aware that cholecalciferol used in vitamin D3 supplements is used in rat poison as well. No matter how you frame it, that is concerning!!! I wish I had known that before taking Vitamin D3 supps!!!

  4. Doc is making the ASSUMPTION that if just one day in the sun gives 25K units, then 100K units is too low for an upper limit. The inference is that he ASSUMES such a high daily input must lead to a higher blood level, right?? But he assumes without evidence, and the key point is when he describe that study showing what he called a "plateau" around 100K. So apparently our body has some control in limiting internal levels, so saying we should shoot for an ultra-high level beyond the guidelines and beyond a demonstrated plateau, without real evidence is irresponsible.

  5. Hope this helps someone, tesco, boots and amazon do vit d at home test kits to check the levels under £10, can't say how effective yet as ordered mine today. But got this info from someone in the comments….good to talk!

  6. I have had a diagnosis of Bipolar II (depressive emphasis, hypomania) since 2003 recommended psychiatric meds worked for a while and then needed to be upped. Ive been taking Vit D 10,000 iu, k2 and B12 for five years no issues no symptoms. Weaned myself slowly off of psych meds over six months no issues.
    I also eat keto/carnivore now.
Last saw my psychiatrist two years ago when she said she would not be able to diagnose me with BP now on current mood and behaviour. We both agreed Im probably somewhere on the HSP/Neurodiverse spectrum…
    Hope this helps someone?
    Go well all
PS Shame on all those in big pharma/civil service/govt who push their products and research and RDA’s and make others lives misery/living hell for decades….

  7. I felt terrible, so tired all the time and just thought it was an age thing. For a few weeks now I have been taking 4000 iu’s a day and it’s been life changing. Makes me wonder how long I’d been deficient.

  8. 0:44 if someone has cancer and they are low vit D, it’s pointless treating cancer patients until you supplement them on vit D and get them to a decent level before starting immune therapy.

3:26 i had a guy whose vit D was so low we couldnt measure it. to improve his outcome all we had to do is improve his vit D before starting his therapy. and it’s not mentioned in these protocols.

3:40 this is a problem of big pharma driving the protocols. they’re not interested in vit D. the data is so strong it’s negligent to not measure and correct vit D levels before you start treating a cancer patient.

5:22 the only patients that respond to chemo therapy all had decent vit D. 100 nanomoles/liter (40 mg/mil) is the minimum and the normal range goes up to 200 nm/l with zero side effects.

8:25 4 papers show good vit D levels to be far more effective against the flu than flu shots.

  9. 10:10 parathyroid hormone is released in response to low calcium levels and it is considerably higher in non D3 users 30.2 pg/ml than in D3 users 24.2 pg/ml.

10:37 author summarizes: long term supplementation of D3 in range from 5,000 to 50,000 IU/day appears to be safe. daily oral D3 doses from 5,000 to 60,000 IU/day for years in staff & patients was well tolerated. and at 5-10,000 IU/day oral, it took 12 months of climbing before D3 plateaued. this indicates the reserves were so low it took a year before reaching the levels the body needed it at.

12:38 health authorities around world should increase recommended amounts of D3; current amounts are way to low.

    13:00 i currently take 8000 IU D3 with 200 mcg K2.
