  1. Dr John what are your views on this:

    Diana
There is no such biological substance called Vitamin D, there is no such thing as a Vitamin D deficiency.

Vitamin D is just the name of a chemically manufactured substance, synthetic cholecalciferol manufactured from lanolin which is sheep's wool clippings to make D3 or radiated lab grown fungus to make D2.

Cholecalciferol is a human pre-hormone your own body makes as a chemical reaction when sunlight or UV lighting is absorbed through the skin.

The liver and kidneys then convert pre-hormone cholecalciferol into human hormone calcidiol which is then released into the bloodstream and carried out through the body to carry out its many biological processes.

Human hormone calcidiol is responsible for regulating calcium in the blood, mineralizing the bones, and regulating melatonin and serotonin while supporting the immune and neurological system.

Vitamin D which is a synthetic pre-hormone mimicker of cholecalciferol can not be converted into the human hormone calcidiol which is why it's not called synthetic calcidiol.

A synthetic pre-hormone can not be converted into a human hormone because it is not real. The liver and kidneys can not even convert a synthetic pre-hormone into a synthetic hormone because the human body only knows how to make real human hormones.

It basically gets stored in your liver as synthetic pre-hormone cholecalciferol that converts into nothing and is just stored there in the liver tissue doing nothing except working against you and causing further hormonal imbalance.

When you absorb sunlight or UV lighting that converts into human pre-hormone cholecalciferol your body converts what little it needs to convert it into human hormone calcidiol. The rest is stored in reservoir for later conversion as needed.

Because the body is a very intelligent mechanism just one full week of sunlight or UV exposure produces and stores enough human pre-hormone cholecalciferol in reservoir to be converted into human hormone calcidiol as needed for several months, an entire winter season.

However when you take Vitamin D supplements and have synthetic cholecalciferol stored in your liver your body gets tricked by a mimicker and thinks it already has enough of something it really doesn't have and will not convert sunlight or UV exposure into the real human pre-hormone cholecalciferol to be converted into human hormone calcidiol.

There is no such thing as a Vitamin D deficiency. You don't "get Vitamin D".

What you have is a hormonal imbalance and taking Vitamin D supplements will cause this hormonal imbalance along with a toxic sluggish liver that can not carry out it's responsibility of converting new hormones or filtering old hormones that get stored in the liver.

If one hormone is out of balance, they all are because all the hormones work together to support and balance each other.

You are doing far more harm than the good you are not doing taking Vitamin D supplements which is causing you hormonal imbalance and preventing you from absorbing and using any sunlight or UV exposure you do get.

Taking a vitamin d supplement affects your minerals, and can easily crash one’s potassium levels.. which directly affects heart rhythm. It can also trigger afib.

Magnesium supplements lower potassium (on a cellular level) so you need to actually know your mineral status prior to blindly touching minerals. Potassium is a safer mineral to ‘blindly’ take due to how much we require, and how hard it is to actually consume enough daily. We need almost 5000mg per day.
Magnesium lowers potassium, so again, this can cause heart issues.

B12 lowers sodium. We need adequate sodium to open up the cells to allow the potassium inside.

    Look forward to your response
    Kind regards

  2. Thanks so much Dr. Campbell for this video.

Could you please recommend a Vitamin D3 and K2 supplement in the form of liquid drops. It's nearly impossible to find a decent clean supplement with the adequate amount of dosage of the two here. Looking to order online and get it shipped to India. Would really appreciate it. Thanks and God bless 🙏

  3. People need to understand the mechanism of D3 metabolism and what is Cholecalciferol, Calcidiol and Calcitriol. Alcoholics will never be healthy due to a faulty liver and kidneys so D3 will never reach the active hormonal form.

  4. I havent listened sentense by sentence but can someone tell me how were the studies done. Did they regularly monitor subjects and supplement them to hit a target level or above or did they just give everyone a set supplement, less likely but possible. If it was the first option what were the terget minimums aimed for as this report is not helpful without that.

  5. It's crazy to think if the government had only put everyone on free supliments and not wasted all our money on PPE we wouldn't be facing a mental health crisis, we could have all just got on with our lives. Thanks Dr John for all your hard work putting your message out. We know it hasn't been easy but for a lot of people you have been pushing against an open door.
    Kindest regards.

  6. It's crazy, after all these years. Knowing about Vitamin D and how much the sun is providing benefits for our immune system, finally seeing and hearing a light of awareness around the subject.

  7. No shit Sherlock, most natural doctors already knew this as I did. Your doctors GP's I refering to know nothing about health or vitamins. Check out Clive de carle and Barbara O'Neill on this channel. Dr Eric Berg.

  8. Dr. John, I see that the United States Preventive Services Task Force (USPSTF) updated their recommendation on screening for Vitamin D deficiency in adults on April 13, 2021, near the height of the pandemic, to recommend doctors stop screening vitimin D levels. Why did they do that? Odd timing?

  9. As a child i had rickets. Which wasnt expected living in the tropic. The doctors never told my parents about vit d. (This was the 70’s) at the age of 17 we moved back to the netherlands. I was sick often. Finally in 2019 i dared take high doses vit D. I was never sick anymore. Got COVID once (from my son) but wasnt very sick.. and no i didnt get the 💉

  10. Hi Dr I am new to your channel I bought Dr bergs vitamin D3 with K2 I’m concerned as it’s 5000 vitamin D so would I be ok to take this I am 74 and and 58 kgs I would appreciate your opinion on this Thank you .

  11. I live in Calgary, Alberta, Canada where our medical professionals refuse to test vitamin D levels or even acknowledge any real benefit in doing so. I have no idea how or where I can go to find out what my level is.
