  1. I just realized I inadvertently omitted the title for the question "How Much Calcium Do We Really Need?" at the 1:00:51. I added it to the subtitles and in the process cleaned up some of the closed caption, as quick as I could, so it's not perfect, but it's profoundly better.

  2. I am watching this again. I Love this Man! I will always remember his way of talking about ‘slathering the intestines with animal products’…. Great motivation to stay plant based!

  3. Thank you so much for this great interview ! What a kind, eloquent, lovely man and so passionate about what he does. I only wish he was my doctor or advisor.I have been vegetarian for over 40 years but Dr. Klaper would not approve of me because I eat the occasional free-range egg and canned or frozen salmon, so really strictly speaking I am a pescatarian who eats eggs.I do disagree with him on one point .I take one daily tablespoon of cold-pressed, extra virgin olive oil.

  4. I was diagnosed with ulcerative colitis in 2021 & been on meds (mesalamine)since then. Now my dr. Thinks the meds are losing their effectiveness and now are talking about putting me on biologics 🥺 im not ready for that. I’d really love some help either a video you may have already done on diet with ulcerative colitis or even any links you can suggest would help me make a smart informed decision before i just hop on biologics 🥺 💉. Please help me any information you can share is appreciated 🙏🏻

  5. Thank you so much for this interview! I’ve been on a whole-food plant-based diet for about a month now and I feel great! I love the message of leading by example and compassion! ❤❤❤

  6. I've been vegetarian forever, but I noticed that I feel better when I eat a small amount of cheese. Does anyone have some advice of what would help my energy? I do eat a lot of legumes and tofu, but that doesn't seem to do it.

  7. He's wrong on the Paleo caveman not having ground grains into flours. They did that regularly. There's evidence of oats ground into flour dating back 105,000 years ago.

  8. Vegan diet free of sugar, oil , salt and Wheat is a healing diet 🌱⭐️🌱
    Alternatives to wheat:
    Pasta= cheap Asian rice noodles.
Tortillas wraps = thin crepes made of chickpea flour/besan
Sliced white bread= white rice soaked over night, rinse drain pop in blender with yeast, dates, dulse, sunflower seeds, blend well, bake in loaf pan. Makes beautiful fluffy loaves

  9. This man is such a lovely human being. Intelligent, compassionate, charming.
I wish he was my doctor 😊
It's a beautiful thing when people have this kind of integrity. ✨️💖✨️

  10. I am 72,vegan sincy1996,non diabetic, no blood pressure, passing medicine free life. All my friends and relatives have a big medicine box on the dining table but still they are sick and visits doctors regularly. Thank God that I become vegetarian and passing healthy life,,,,

  11. How lucky are Dr Klapers patients. No doubt he has saved many lives from all these deadly illnesses by going back to General Practice. Truly a beautiful human being.

  12. I’m still trying to help the awakening and I can a great deal. I just don’t have the ability to pretend and talk to a camera or phone. I’ve done plenty of it and it’s just too fake for me. I want to do interviews and speeches with all of the great things I have to share. It just needs to be live, on video or phone chat.. part of me requires real life interaction and I don’t see the issue with that if people would actually like to meet or have discussions other than social media and chat sections only. We can’t bring life back to the world if we spend all our time apart. Is anyone else experiencing this a lot. Any suggestions on meeting new adults in this day and age? ..and one’s that want to put effort into moving to a better world, not bar or party people. People with focus.. any ideas? Anything would help. Also, great video! I love Dr. Klaper. I’m a happy and healthy guy looking for a place to be a help.

  13. I'm glad he mentioned eating wfpb vegan for 30 or 40 years while he was talking about paleo. When someone tells me paleo is best, I ask them to show me a doctor who has been eating paleo for 30 years who is in his/her 70s or 80s and still actively lecturing. As far as I know, there are none.

  14. Always great to hear Dr. Klaper. Hadn't heard about his brother previously, very sad. I have friends who are diabetic, but when I try to tell them about a wfpb diet, the response is either 'that won't work' or 'I like to eat meat.' Hopefully some will take 20 or 30 minutes to watch videos I've sent to them or posted.

  15. Thank you Dr! I went whole food plant-based 4 months ago and I am feeling my best, my weight is down 45lbs and my energy level is amazing. It's like I was giving a second chance of life. God is good, I start planting my own food.
