It is frustrating that Gary will quickly name something but not give details. If you enlarge and pause the video you can make out what he's holding. I was previously told that Lakanto Classic Monk Fruit Sweetener with Erythritol, is bad for us. Specifically the Erythritol. Why would Gary think it is ok?
