  1. if it's possible why don't they do a knock warrant with bulletproof Shields
if they're going to make it illegal to do no knock then they should be able to have bulletproof Shields
    is this even possible

  2. Tatum, even if there was a knock warrant, it appears, LEO, did not even get close to the door! Think about it, they had to know how dangerous this Suspect was to go in there blindly! If that’s the case, that suspect somehow knew they were coming!

  3. It should be on a case by case basis Mr. Tatum. This was horribly tragic but so was the no knock warrant on Mr. Malinowski of Little Rock Arkansas who was shot in the head at 6 in the morning in an influential home area on "possible" FFL charge! 10 ATF vehicles full of officers busted his door down waking he & his wife up and he sees several armed men breaking in and shoots at them to defend himself and his wife!!!! Case by case basis! Why could they not question him normally at his home or at the Little Rock airport where he was a highly paid civilian director???

  4. Two of the officers that died were Part of the DAC ( Department Of Adult Correction) they were part of a Special Team assisting in serving the warrant. Im not surprised they failed to mention this. Correctional staff never gets recognized for anything good and never even gets considered as Law Enforcement. But we lost 2 good officers that day.

  5. To be perfectly honest man it’s a tragedy about the officers, i really have to disagree about the no knock warrants. I understand that they’re safer for the officers, But they’re drastically, less safe for members of the general public. They’re great in concept, but there’s just been way too many cases of random uninvolved innocent parties being shot by the police because they thought they were being robbed.

  6. But what if the police do a no knock on an innocent person? How is that person supposed to respond, what if they think it's criminals entering in the middle of the night? Just wondering how this is expected to go down?

  7. Officer Tatum, it was a knock warrant without the knock. They were going to hit the siren, make an announcement on the loudspeaker informing them they have the place surrounded and to come out unarmed with his hands up. They didn’t even get a chance to make the announcement. The officers took fire in the street when they pulled up and got out of their vehicles.

  8. This country has gone to shit , to worried about the Left and what they think , who cares what they think , what’s wrong with this country is the internet , think about it all this really bad stuff started happening with social media , pull the plug !!!!!!

  9. I have lost law enforcement friends because of idiots in charge. Why would you ever send men into that situation. You can simply wait until he leaves his house and get him at a store , restaurant or a traffic stop . We need leaders with common sense period.

  10. Completely wrong take. No knocks are extremely dangerous and shouldn’t be done. This call is surround and call out all day. Gun possession plus others in the house. No knock would go over poorly.
They already had charges if Marshall’s are involved. And I bet they went up without swat, since that is what feds do.
Policing has changed, I know it’s been a long time since you were a cop but those are bad tactics now

  11. Yeah fuck no knock warrants someone bust into a door without announcing themselves is how you get killed to each it’s own I like many others sleep with loaded rifles or other firearms less than 1 foot away
