for me 15 degree angle works better my upper chest i really feel it and 30 to 45 my chest is less activated
Exactly what i wanted to know. Thanks for the info
lagu ni pasal apa?
Excellent video. With so many videos on this you think someone would give us the side view and break it down simply. Perfect
Good stuff, though at my gym all the racks for barnells have fixed incline benches
45 – 60 does it for me.
I can't remember the channel that said this, but it recommended finding the angle of YOUR CHEST; some sternums are more vertical and some are slanted. Different chests need different angles for a sought-after outcome.
Name of the machine?
15 or flat chest presses don't do it for me at all. I feel much better, stronger and get a much better stretch using dumbells at 30degrees.
Now I know why my chest sucks I can’t wait to try this later. I’ve always had a hard time with my titties no pex no sex 😂
ok
Most benches actually the number is the degree. 1 = 10°, 2 = 20°, 3 = 30° etc.
It's a good starting point but it's not that simple. Set up, technique, anatomical differences all matter
If you're arching you should have get higher angle
10° benchs 30° flyes
30 degrees best
Lol mines 45 or 60 degree because my sternum is weird
Superset 15 & 30 degree angle…
actually, i never tried 15 degree before, maybe that one will fix my upper
how much you arch your back is also important
and you are waste
you are not saying core tight ,chest lift
what about flat surface, is it better?
Thank you
❤️❤️❤️
I was actually just wondering this yesterday. I did inclined pushups and got my feet up higher at around a 15° or 20°
30°
wow i didn't know that. ive been doing 5 notches. im gonna try 2 or 3 and see how it works 👍
37.5 degrees
Então fazer desenvolvimento de ombros a 45° deve ser uma boa pra não ocorrer pinçamento.
45 degrees seems to work best for me, I went a long time not growing my shelf but since I’ve started hitting 45 degrees the shelf be shelfing
I did this at school in pe and all of my classmates looked confused and told me i was wrong and they were doing the highest setting. I told my friend that they were wrong and now i have proof. (Same classmate were also confused that they cant bench 135 when theyre older than me)
I usually get lower back pain after doing an incline dumbell press. How do i do it right to avoid lower back pain? Do the angles of the seat cause this?
Cool man❤
Try this exercise for yourself and find the the best angle for you
I use a 15°(ish) incline and a reverse grip. Lights up my upper chest like the 4th of July.
how about lower part ?
