I’m 28 years old I use to be addicted to opioids wasn’t very active.. now for the last 4 years I’ve been on Suboxone witch is a synthetic opioid my dr gives me so I don’t have withdrawals.. I started working out and eating very healthy about 5 months ago and every morning I’m waking up and all through the day so sore I feel like I was hit by a truck.. this isn’t your oh it was leg day sore.. this is like something is wrong do you know what this could be ?? @garybreck
