Obviously Biden is consuming a more heavy plant based and processed plant based diet. Trump clearly eating more meat than Biden. We are finding that people in carnivore and low carb keto are reversing health conditions that are bring blamed on age, when in fact it is just decades of plant based diets causing damage to the human body and starts to show itself decades later- average age around 40 and progresses from there! Plants have natural toxins that the woke left don’t want to talk about so they keep making money selling heavy plant based foods (yes they one many companies that make them- and the mono cropped land) and they invest on the pharmaceutical industry as they know plant based foods cause metabolic disease and from there all illnesses, diseases, and cancers start to show their heads!
We have s rancher, Maggie White, that is 82 but looks 60, and she works 14 hours + a day on her ranch working cattle and jumping fences, and has been eating on a carnivore lifestyle for 65+ years! What a human eats affects their whole body and not eating enough real animal protein can harm human health! The woke left want to remove all our meat sources and force hs into eating bugs and fake meats that are plant moosh and lab grown mutated cancer cells they want to call “meat” (which is now banned on Florida and some countries now due to being health hazard and harming regenerative ranching.)
If humans follow low carb keto or carnivore the health issues labeled as old age wouldn’t exist anymore and humans would live healthier and longer! Humans that are going carnivore are literally reversing all illnesses, diseases, snd cancer- even diabetes which is the gateway into all those other health problems. Eat lots of animal meats with little to now plant matter and heal the body, and from there heal the metabolism. Inflammation weight gain goes away and body returns to normal as if younger.
