They dont even tell you what materials. Seem suspicious? Well there is a good reason why. Thats bc you can easily look it up and see that those materials are already readily available and cheap in other countries. Countries we have great relationships with. But the President can use wartime production powers to bypass most if not all of the hurdles to get us digging in weeks. Really.
