The democrats are going to end up destroying the judiciary, simply because you can’t have rogue judges rendering the president powerless.
You're all trash in america. The majority of the real estate game is square footage recently because that's all the appraisers look at and the zillow. The builders just try to make big cheap houses but first they juice the square prices by giving extras. They might even sell the model for example to an "investor" that is probably them to create a sale to compare the other homes to but then just strip the other homes. Even the Energy Star stuff for housing was a square footage scam because the banks ran it through a company called RESNET that the banks own. And the way that works is you get a energy per square foot rating and then as you increase the size of a home the shell (outside walls) reduce compared to the square footage. Additionally the air infiltration test they use becomes less accurate when there are a lot more twist and turns in the house and it's larger. It was mostly just created to give you more mortgage for more square footage.
That's why all you see now is big dumb cheap houses.
That's why I really dislike the democrats. You're the biggest crooks. I worked doing that but got the licenses to apply it to not their big corrupt Buffet business but smaller ones. Doing the testing for them they kind of wanted just drive by assessments because the goal was subsidies and selling more square footage. They don't really give a crap about saving energy. They were interested in the mortgage and appraisal stuff and not the energy bills or power line usage. The high school kids stuff like real estate and mortgage people, was all they were interested.
