Right at the beginning, seeing you lean forward is going to put more tension on the bicep muscles the whole time and they’ll have less chance to rest so they’ll get worked harder

How long do you rest after the completion of the 3rd exercise (1st set) before starting another set? It seems the arms would be extremely fatigued. 3-5 sets?
