Seriously, WHY are they being so patient with this person?? She is impaired, a public danger on the road, take her to jail already if she won’t give you her name!! I’m in Los Angeles and there’s no way this would happen here, she’d be in handcuffs and out of there. NO patience for impaired drivers who could kill someone else.
