  1. I would say to anyone, learn how to do pull-ups properly. I have never seen anyone doing it properly ever. It’s a back exercise you should not feel like ur using your biceps at any time

  3. At 45 I had to leave the rack pulls behind. I go with the Charles Glass seated dumbbell dead lift. It takes the legs out and is easier on the lower back BUT MAN do I get great total back recruitment top to bottom. Meadow rows are a weekly staple on back thickness day.
