I would say to anyone, learn how to do pull-ups properly. I have never seen anyone doing it properly ever. It’s a back exercise you should not feel like ur using your biceps at any time

Today I trained a client whose biggest weaknesses are grip and rear delts. You KNOW the meadows row was my first thought.

At 45 I had to leave the rack pulls behind. I go with the Charles Glass seated dumbbell dead lift. It takes the legs out and is easier on the lower back BUT MAN do I get great total back recruitment top to bottom. Meadow rows are a weekly staple on back thickness day.

I've got naturally wide shoulders and it was pretty easy for me to get that V shape. But I need to thicken my lower traps between my shoulder blades. Any tips?
Meadow rows exercises are a complete Game Changer to your back exercise routine I strongly strongly advised to add them to your workout it will make a huge difference

Good to see you again. It's completely true that Branded Pull Ups won't kill your elbows as opposed to bodyweight or weighted Pull Ups.
