  1. Leg curls/extensions, calf raisers(w/weights) in 3 different directions. Jump squats with weight vest. Walk lunges with weight vest…..wait 6 hours then do 30/60/90 build ups. Repeat this every three days. The days you power clean, heavy squats; mostly off season, do longer sprints. In season at some plyos; of hill work ever 4 days.
