  5. I'm 56 and I look 30: This is because, I've been using "cremes" since I was 12! And, body lotions! I also eat a lot of "sugars" and "fats"!!! I can't live without "coconut milk & pure butter"!!! Dates are my favourite! And, I have been " JUICING" for ten to 15 years now!!! I have no "wrinkles!!! And, I sleep like a rose!

  11. Alot has to do with genetics. I am 68 and my mother was stunning for many many years before she passed away at 89 great years. I eat clean because I feel better when I eat fresh clean food. 68, I look about 50. I"ll take it👑
