Stargate SG-1…I love it!
Stargate is where it's at, first contacts getting the tech to build spaceships making friends with aliens, mythology that for some most bizarre reason makes sense they turned them into alien visits idk its the whole vibe of the show, romance wasn't even the 3 important thing to implement people were just having fun on set and talked without over acting it was natural.. Plus you could see how much advance we are compared to some other planets, and the other way around..we had almost everything with Stargate..and nit a single show has done that since Stargate franchise which is weird cause that formula was perfect and nobody tried to do something similar ever again…
Ok, I’ve something very controversial to say and I’m pretty sure that star trek fans will put a price on my head for it 😂 but “the Orville” is the better version of “star trek”. For starters the technology is more realistic, the conversations are more natural, the show contains dramatic, funny, sad, etc. moments. And Star Trek hasn’t changed a single little bit from the sixties to now, it’s literally still the same thing, for god crying out loud please please please shake it up a little bit change a few things make it a bit more like if with the time the personality, politics, the ranking of the staff or anything of any of the life forms change, the show has been the same for the past 50 years.
Babylon 5, Battlestar Galactica, Farscape are the holy trinity, the best there is, haven't watched Stargate, though.
