What about captain scarlet and thunderbirds?
3:33 – Why include that camera shot change
Blakes 7 deserves to be much higher on the list…just under Doctor who
What nothing from Gerry Anderson unbelievable
7 out of the 10 I use to watch when I was younger. My favorites: The Avengers, The prisoner, Dr Who, and Torchwood.
I remember watching Blake's 7
Love it or loath it Dr Who is the longest running science fiction time travelling TV show in any country in history.
Has anyone done a TV series or movie about some aliens getting stuck on a Nudist or Naturist facility or a GBLTTIQ facility?
Red dwarf is number 1 u fools. Red dwarf wipes its ass with Doctor who
I'm surprised Lexx didn't get a mention. A very underrated sci fi.
No UFO? Can´t be serious!
Does anyone remember a UK space series, and there was always a red faced guy, and he was shouting BERYL (I think it was the ships computer or some AI being)
…One of my earliest memories is hiding behind the sofa terrified of the Daleks. I think I was 2 or 3 at the time.
Great selection but Where's Humans ?
I'm a Dr.Who fan, but I love Red Dwarf!
Thunderbirds from 1965 is missing. You CANT have a top 10, or top something, Greatest or Best British Sci-Fi shows without Thunderbirds in my oppinion. Its my favorite British Sci-Fi Show. It was my Star Wars & Star Trek when i was 4 years old & i saw it when TV4 aired it with swedish voices from 1994 to 1996 on the kids program Junior who was also known as Junior-4:an. And their organisation in the swedish dub is called "Thunderbirdpatrullen", swedish for Thunderbirdpatrol. Wich i think is a better name than "International Rescue".
Can you please do the Top 10 British Spies and Secret Agents in Movies & TV? 💣 🔫 👽
Space 1999? Why not on this list?
We APes loved Space 1999
Never heard of UFO, have you?
Im glad Red Dwarf was so high. Sadly, Dr. Who is boring.
Hurry up season 13 9f doctor who.
I adore the prisoner! Best show of the 60s that isn't doctor who. Tells a James Bond tale in a refreshing way.
Red dwarf is better than doctor who in my opinion yeah I said it
Quatermass – dudes, you forgot Quatermass!
I have seen Red Dwarf , Doctor Who , Blakes 7 ( the best ) , Hitch Hikers Guide , The Prisoner ( could not get into it ), Torchwood ( same ) , The Avengers ( same ) , and Quatermass which I like more than Doctor Who all but #4
Space 1999 should have been included!
Space: 1999 is not on this list therefore this list doesn't count. Maybe next time, WatchMOJO.
Life on mars, brilliant, and so is its sequel ashes to ashes, which I am surprised it wasn't on the list. Also Sarah Jane adventures, that was a favourite of mine growing up as a child. How these two i mentioned weren't on the list boggles me
Red Dwarf should have been number 1. As genius as Dr Who is. The quality has always been inconsistent. Red Dwarf has always been great.
Where is star trek and star wars?
What about Primeval and Quatermass?
No honorable mention for The Tripods, The Sarah Jane Adventures or Class?
Was there any Sci fi series in the 90s?
There DEFINITELY needs to be another list
Doctor Who is one of the reasons why I love sci-fi and that it's one of my inspirations as a aspiring sci-fi fantasy artist.
You forgot The Sarah Jane Adventures! Easily top three.
I'm so happy that Red Dwarf got the recognition it deserves. Unfortunately everyone I know has no clue what the show is..
Im nearly 20 and have been watching it with my mum since 2004. I'm so glad my mum was a 80s baby so I grew up watching 80/90's TV and music.
Doctor who is always be the number 1 of Britain sci-fi series
Good to see B7 I'd question how much influence Star Wars had on Blakes 7 seeing as Star Wars debut in the UK the same day that the first episode of B7 was broadcast. Also , starnge choice of clips for that and some of the others – you have the whole of Doctor Who and you picked a clip from The Rings of thingy-whatsit
Electric Dreams is a recent sort-of Black Mirror TV anthology/sci-fi that is great to check out!!
Torchwood Britian answer to xfiles
Red Dwarf >>>>>> Dr Who.
Thunderbirds would've been a good pick in there somewhere.
Being human uk
I never knew the master traveled back in time…
Where’s the much-superior sequel to Life on Mars, Ashes to Ashes?
