These are not the ten best fantasy series on Netflix,Amazon or HBO MAX….some of them are quite good but i`d say they were mostly B-list outside of True Blood,certainly none of them would make my top ten..
Take Arthdal Chronicles a great show but struggles badly to make the top ten Korean fantasy series when compared to Alchemy Of Souls,Goblin,A Korean Odyssey ,My Love From The Star,The Masters Sun,Hotel Del Luna,W-Two Worlds and a load more…i dont know if all these are on the streaming services mention here but most are

Was enjoying Outlander until they introduced the character Roger,he is boring and has the personalty of a wet squib,wish they would change the actor.
I really liked Locke and key< it was a surprise how good the first two seasons were. The third season was ok. Warrior was an excellent show that needs to come back for season four and five.

Ah, True blood! The only (and I mean the only!) show that I've watched more than 5 times. I really enjoy it every time. It's just mind blowing how rich universe they managed to create. Also the Warrior nun was pretty good. I'd give a try Outlander and the arthadal chronicles as they sound cool. Maybe also some of the others.
