I hate dumbbells, they nervous me when I can't feel anything.
One of my favorites definitely. My goal is to be able to fully complete the planks with weights. 😅

If you don‘t have dumbbells, like me, I highly recommend using water bottles!! I used 500ml each and I definitely felt the weight!!

I will say the most frustrating thing about these videos is by the time I get into a good form and have everything right she’s already 15 seconds into the reps. I actually got mad this time and said to my TV “Girl can you let me get into the form!” I feel like I miss out and I have to leave the form to fetch my phone to pause the YouTube on my tv like I’m not holding the pause remote while I’m holding weights!!! Or one side ends up forgotten bc by the time I got it she says okay next time 😂
When she says “and that’s the workout” but I know I still have one more workout and a cool down 😂😂

When I first started this workout I was using five-pound weights and struggling badly!! now I'm alternating between ten and eight-pound weights for this workout!! I'm so thankful for Chloe and her generosity<33
