  1. I will say the most frustrating thing about these videos is by the time I get into a good form and have everything right she’s already 15 seconds into the reps. I actually got mad this time and said to my TV “Girl can you let me get into the form!” I feel like I miss out and I have to leave the form to fetch my phone to pause the YouTube on my tv like I’m not holding the pause remote while I’m holding weights!!! Or one side ends up forgotten bc by the time I got it she says okay next time 😂

  2. When I first started this workout I was using five-pound weights and struggling badly!! now I'm alternating between ten and eight-pound weights for this workout!! I'm so thankful for Chloe and her generosity<33

  3. This program is my best so far, the exercises are the easiest for me but the got me sweating like mad.
    M definitely seeing this challenge to the end cuz
