Let's appreciate this for what it shows – a world class golfer already capable of shooting many strokes below par, of winning tournaments, or playing on Ryder cups, out on the range working hard to get better. No one is born great, and definitely not everyone can become great. But without a doubt, no one gets to be great by not practicing.
You don’t need to be perfect to win a tournament. I believe Scheffler has said that in a interview or something…That being said just copy and paste Scheffler instead of that kind of training. That's what i would do if i was Tommy.

If you practice everyday. You can swing it about a million different ways. Full swing is overrated. Chip and putt.

Why would this be "impossible?" Every single swing we do this – that's how we hit the ball with the clubface.
Kept his head straight and back swing path was the same as the golf swing forward.
