  1. There are also other troubling side effects of the brain exercises for people with thyroid issues. On day 2 of doing these exercises my skin got extremely dry all over my body and on day 3 I had a sudden break-out of itchy eczema on legs, arms and hands. This is something I've never had before. I have problems with swallowing foods, due to increased pressure in the throat and I feel depressed. All of these are directly connected to my thyroid being severely stressed and under active now. If you got yourself into the same pickle like myself I do mudras to balance thyroid gland and try to lie down and relax the neck when the pressure is too high to handle. I hope that it will go away soon.

  2. Please note that for people with thyroid problems they should avoid doing the brain exercises. I've been doing them for 1 week and now experience serious problems because of it. Due to the enlargement of the veins in the front of my neck there is now less space, hence the pressure on thyroid gland is increased. Now I experience constant immense tension in my entire neck, but also I notice sudden appearance of various veins on my face, neck and legs.
