We really don’t have bad cops.. we have bad attitudes and certain areas the attitude is you dont have to respect the police.. that’s when you have the issues. Respect goes both ways and usually bad attitude comes before respect.

You seem so shocked.. I've seen countless videos (and been in IRL situations) where cops are super friendly and just trying to help.. Most cops are just doing their jobs and aren't out to screw everybody. They know in a situation like this, that it would have been easier to just detain that guy cuz he's clearly not thinking straight, but nah, they put up with him until he wants to keep pushing it. I know some cops have done reckless and abusive things to people, and those that do should be put out of the job, but I think that's minority of officers..
