No offence but spamming dead eye with a repeater is what you're supposed to do with PIB, it also helps if you're good at the game, again, no offence.

Ive been using PIB, necessity breeds, peak condition and the unblinking eye, with the lancaster, a springfield, and dual sawed off's for close up, thinking, anything that extends the dead eye will be useful for paint it black, and then as long as your stamina is up you deal more damage,, however I dont have a ton of practical application experience, these cards are expensive, so once I loaded them up to tier 3 I tend to forget about them and just play, is it worth it to buy and upgrade new cards knowing that they keep changing things in pvp and it is very likely that in a week or two they will again make changes?

I will never swap Strange Medicine. I run S&S/Strange Medicine/Winning Streak/Never Without One in free roam. In PVP, sometimes I'll swap Winning Streak for Eye for an Eye
